Trash Services

Pickup is at 7:00 PM on Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Sun - You must place the tied trash INSIDE the trash can between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, outside of the door; you CANNOT have any loose trash bags outside the door or you will be fined $50 for each violation. If in doubt, use the neighbors as an example to ensure there are no violations. Bring the trash can back in on the same night you placed it out. If you have 1 or 2 bags left on the day of your departure, please leave them bagged up inside the apartment - the cleaning team will remove them. Excessive quantity of trash bags left in the apartment will incur an additional $25 fee for removal.
